International Surfing Association will Give Away $24,000
The International Surfing Association (ISA) will dole out $24,000 in scholarship money to junior surfers in 2008. The contest is the first to provide monetary support to surfers who not only show skill and daring on their boards, but show as much commitment to their educations.
